Hitched Maids, a fresh and modern bridesmaid boutique in Georgetown, is seeking a full-time, energetic, detail-focused individual to manage our booming bridesmaid business.
Candidates should be friendly, energetic, outgoing and flexible. Experience in bridal is not necessary, but an interest in sales is a must. 50% of your time will be on the sales floor working directly with customers, while the other 50% will be focused on managing the rest of the sales cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting appointments, overseeing all in-process bridesmaid groups, creating purchase orders to be sent to the designers, customer follow-up and management, vendor outreach, and maintaining all bridesmaid stock.
This role requires meticulous organization, an ability to meet tight deadlines, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to think quickly on your feet. An ideal candidate must also be a strong leader with the ability to successfully manage large groups of customers in a timely manner.
Saturday availability is required.
